“gRUMble cooler”

So on a hot summers day I came home from a long day at work and wanted a drink that was refreshing, potent and had just enough zing to instantly put me into chill out mode and enjoy a splendid summers evening. Being a lover of rum this is what came to mind and is now a firm favourite.

25ml White Rum (Bacardi)
25ml Light Rum (Havana Club 3 year old)
25ml Dark Rum (Lambs or Captain Morgans)
1 lime
Crushed Ice

In a tall glass add the white and the light rum. Then chop the lime in half, (set one half aside for your next drink!) take a slice off the remaining lime and chop that into two and drop it into the glass, squeeze the juice of the remainder of that portion of lime into the glass. 3/4 fill the glass up with crushed ice, top up with lemonade leaving enough space to float the dark rum on top.
