To create Halloween Witches Fingers make a shortbread mix and add a good bit of green food colouring. Shape the mix into finger shapes and place them onto a baking tray – at one end of the finger place an almond to look like a finger nail. Cook them for the same time as you would for a normal shortbread and then set to one side to cool.
Mix up some icing sugar, a teaspoon of water and red food colouring. then dip the end of the biscuit without the Almond into the red icing as set aside to dry.
